Exchange and return.

Return or exchange of electric vehicles under warranty:
 

"BODO" provides a return or exchange service for electric vehicles purchased from us in warranty cases, subject to:
- no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase;
- the product has not been used and has no signs of this, that is, scratches, damage to the coating, chips, changes in software settings;
- the complete set of goods is completely preserved and there are no violations of the integrity of the packaging;
- all markings from the manufacturer, stickers and labels have been preserved;
- a package of documents on the purchase of goods has been saved: a transfer and acceptance certificate, an invoice or another document confirming the fact of purchase of the goods.
If you want to return or exchange an electric vehicle purchased from "BODO", be sure to take your passport or other identification document with you.

 

Procedure for exchanging or returning goods:
 

1) Check the date, since no more than 14 days must have passed from the date of purchase (the day of purchase is not taken into account);
2) Check the condition of the product - it should not show signs of use or operational damage. The equipment that was current at the time of purchase must also be retained. Test the operation of the product and all functions of its software. If the product does not turn on or there are problems with certain functions, please pay attention to the warranty information.

Take all necessary documents with you:

 

- A payment document confirming the fact of purchase that you received from the seller (check, acceptance certificate, invoice, etc.);
- Warranty card;
- Identity document;
- Tax identification number (TIN);
- Current card account details if you paid for the purchase with a bank card.
