Payment methods.
To pay for the purchased Goods in the online store, the Buyer can pay using bank cards (UZCARD, HUMO) and other electronic means of payment through various payment instruments (for example, PAYME, CLICK). Due to the activity of the online store within the framework of e-commerce, at the initial stage, payment can be made by the Buyer only in the above manner.
To do this, on the pages of the online store the Buyer will be asked to pay for the Product(s) through the payment instruments with which the online store cooperates and the Buyer can pay online following the instructions on the website.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Order delivery. Transfer of ownership.
When placing an Order, the Buyer can use the Company’s paid service for the delivery of the Goods.
Delivery of goods is carried out only within the country of Uzbekistan.
Delivery of the Order to the Buyer is carried out at the delivery address specified by the Buyer when placing the Order.
The delivery time is determined at the time of placing the Order depending on the specified delivery address, the availability of the product and its specifics.
The specified delivery times may be changed, of which the User is notified in the online store, in the Personal Account or by phone.
To deliver the Order, the Seller may use the services of third parties.
Ownership of the Goods passes to the Buyer at the moment he accepts the Order from the Courier and signs the documents for receiving the Order.
The Buyer is obliged to accept the Goods by quantity, name and quality at the time of receipt of the Order (if possible), by checking its integrity and completeness, and sign documents for receipt of the Order.
At the time of acceptance of the Order, the Buyer, or another person accepting the Order, must provide a document proving his identity.
The courier has the right not to deliver the Order in the following cases:
The Buyer, or another person accepting the Order, did not provide an identification document of the Buyer;
The Buyer, or another person accepting the Order, refused to sign documents to receive the Order and/or pay for the Order, including the cost of delivery;
In other cases provided for by law, these Rules or other documents, including those that govern the courier service.
The Buyer has the right to refuse the Order in whole or in part at the time of transfer of the Order by the Courier. In case of refusal of the Order in whole or in part, the Buyer undertakes to sign the relevant documents indicating the reasons for refusal of the Order and transfer it to the Courier. In case of refusal, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller for the costs incurred for the delivery of the Goods by transferring funds to the Courier.
If the Buyer unreasonably refuses to sign documents for acceptance of the Goods and does not make written claims regarding the quality of the services provided by the Seller in accordance with the terms of these Rules, then the services performed by the Seller are considered to have been properly performed and accepted by the Buyer.
